Food Survival Kit- A Dorm Living Hack

Toasts

All you literally need to have for this is a pile of bread and a toaster. But if you are a desi Pakistani scholarship student, you don’t actually need to have a toaster or things like that. You can toast it on your pan as well.

Toasts are amazing as breakfast and even as mid evening snack. Have it with jam, have it with margarine, or even a plain toasted bread with a cup of tea or coffee is simple yet filling.

Omelets

As easy as they can be, no such perfection is required to prepare a simple omelet. Just add a pinch of salt and pepper (if you like it) to it. Whisk a little in cup and put it in a microwave for few seconds and viola.

Sandwiches

Understand the need of a full flash meal and accept the fact that the closest you can every get to it while living a dorm life is by preparing for yourself a whole sandwich.

Coffee/tea

A coffee maker and a tea pot are your the “it” accessory for a student life. One can not survive dorm and is always in need of some power boosting drink (non-alcoholic but a little caffeinated) beverage.

Microwave rice

You can get them on any Korean or Asian convenient or corner store. And it’s perfect to have it at day time with some sausages or with some soup. Also, this could sound like a little rough, but if time be, you can totally have them rice alone too.
